Plenty with claims in this but SHAHZAN is the least exposed and worth sticking with. He won his maiden at Doncaster last time after nearly a year off the track with a subsequent winner in second and a five-length gap to the rest of the field. There should be more to come from him and Roger Varian's colt gets the nod ahead of Farlow, who beat a below-par Layla's Hero when scoring at Doncaster three weeks ago. Al Muheer continues his good progress with a convincing victory at Thirsk last week and Shesastar isn't out of this with a recent pipe-opener under her belt, though she may prefer a softer surface.
