An interesting maiden here in which Rhaam gets the vote ahead of Master Halling and Heron Bay. Barry Hills' colt is a half-brother to the smart Alfie Flits and has improved with every run to date. The form of his last race has been irrefutably franked by the winner scoring well since and with more improvement to come, Rhaam is taken to get his head in front. Master Halling is entitled to come on for his debut when a fair third and he should know more today. Samuel shaped with more encouragement last month on just his second run and is another to consider, whilst Heron Bay looks a live threat. He ran well at Chester last time out and may be suited by today's longer straight. Lion Sands returns from a lengthy break but this son of Montjeu should be considered carefully. An intriguing contest, and Rhaam gets the tentative vote.
