A strong line-up for this Listed contest with six last-time winners. Alfie‘s Princess made all and battled on strongly to complete a novices‘ double at Exeter. Blue Baloo had plenty in hand at Newcastle while Little Miss Dante is on a four-timer after a convincing success at Uttoxeter. LUNAR DISCOVERY was disqualified when beaten a head on her bumper hat-trick bid at Ayr when her rider breached whip rules. She had Chosen Hero behind when making a winning hurdling debut at Hexham and was impressive on a return visit 10 days ago so gets the nod. Pawapuri, very highly-tried last season, easily landed the odds at Wincanton while easy Perth winner El Elefante made much of the running at Cheltenham in October before fading.
