Glen Moss won this in 2014 but hasn’t scored since and Lincoln was third in last year’s renewal but well behind the winner. The object of a massive ante-post gamble for the Lincoln, Lord Of The Land never figured at Doncaster with the testing ground offered as an excuse. Predominance was sent off favourite for the Spring Mile at Doncaster but was well beaten as was Right Touch. The latter and stablemate Withernsea will both appreciate the return to 7f but Shared Equity’s best form so far has been over 6f. Outback Traveller found life tough in handicaps last year and was behind MAJESTIC MOON when the latter scored at Ascot in September. The top weight should be sharper for a good effort at Lingfield on his reappearance and is also preferred to Georgian Bay, who remains without a win on Turf in 17 attempts.
