The first real test for the unbeaten Dragon Symbol. He’s yet to be challenged in four victories culminating in a conditions' race at Hamilton and may well be up to this level but several have proven form in this grade. Isabella Giles won both the Prestige and Rockfel Stakes over 7f last year and drops back down in trip along with Horris Hill winner Mujbar and UMM KULTHUM. The latter never figured in the Fred Darling on her return but gets the vote on the strength of last year’s third in the Group 1 Cheveley Park when beaten less than a length. The Lir Jet has also placed at the highest level having finished runner-up in the Phoenix Stakes last term with Laws Of Indices behind while Rohaan won a Group 3 at Ascot more recently when beating Saint Lawrence and Apollo One. Light Refrain and the returning Method are Listed winners and the latter is entered in Group 1 sprints later in the season.
