Another tricky handicap for punters to unravel. BUACHAILL ALAINN (NAP) has plenty of weight but his run at Cheltenham last month when runner up to Drop Out Joe in a higher grade contest suggests he can defy another 5lb rise and get back on the winning trail. King Of The Wolds is 6lb higher than when scoring at Ayr in March and has twice been beaten off this mark but Lackamon is suited by a thorough test of stamina which he should get here and goes on the shortlist. Emperor's Choice hasn't run since just getting up in the Welsh National last December and might just need this in preparation for another crack at the Chepstow marathon. No Deal hails from a yard going well and he has a good strike rate while it is possible a first time visor could sharpen up Copper Birch, whose low weight will be a bonus in these conditions.
