A cracking renewal of this Grade 2 sprint which sees the reappearance of Michael Dods' flying grey Mecca's Angel, who had a number of these behind when scorching to victory in last year's Nunthorpe at York. She lacks a recent run, however, and would have preferred more give in the ground than she'll get today. Goldream won last year's Prix de l'Abbaye at Longchamp while Muthmir developed into a high-class sprinter last season, winning the King George at Goodwood, though he was behind Goldream at Longchamp and also in the King's Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot. Profitable landed the Palace House at Newmarket last month but, on quicker ground, third WAADY may well reverse that form here. John Gosden's sprinter bounces off fast going and will strip fitter for his reappearance. Sole Power won this in 2011 but has been a bit disappointing this year and Pearl Secret had had a run before winning this last year. The three-year-old Kachy is three from three over 5f but has a bit to find at the weights against his elders.
