KEY BREEZE is the pick here over Daniella de Bruijn and Pallantes Cross. It is hard to ignore John Gosden in these type of events and his newcomer Key Breeze certainly looks the part on breeding. This Exceed And Excel colt is bred for speed and the yard have a fantastic strike-rate with their juveniles. Gosden's string are also in good form so he ticks plenty of boxes and he could be up to making a winning racecourse debut. Daniella de Bruijn looks the best of those with racecourse experience and she has hinted at ability on both of her racecourse appearances, although the form is nothing special. It could therefore pay to side with a newcomer and if our selection fails to fire then Pallantes Cross could be the best alternative. However, this Cape Cross colt would ideally be suited by slightly further and there is a danger that he might get outpaced over this trip. Sejanus, Coloursoftheglen and Contract Caterer are other newcomers to consider, but for the winner we will stick with Key Breeze.
