This has thrown up useful sorts in its short history, notably Peddlers Cross, and it will be no surprise if some talented types emerge again.The McCain team has a fine race record so it's fair to assume the yard rate DIOCLES pretty highly. The gelding scored on his only start at Southwell with plenty to spare and gets the vote in the hope that the market will speak in his favour. Mitchell's Way should be all the better for his debut effort when beaten by a more experienced rival and his yard is highly adept in these races. He looks dangerous with Granville Island and Balinroab also having shown enough to warrant interest. The newcomers all look worthy of close inspection and should be tracked in the market accordingly in what should prove an informative contest.
