    Verdict

NEW YOUMZAIN had no problem with the step up to 2m at Chester. There's enough in his pedigree to suggest he'll handle this much slower surface and Mick Channon's gelding can ensure the luckless Yours Ever has to settle for a place again. Sir Mark Prescott's runners have a terrific strike rate here but his filly keeps finding one too good and was beaten eight lengths over this trip at Beverley last time in a three-runner race. General Ting and Secret Dancer are both proven stayers but return from a break while French import Zakatal has a bit to prove on recent form.
