Plenty of these sprinters arrive in very good form in what should be a well-run, competitive affair. Eric Alston has always been excellent with the speedsters in his care and the profile of the ultra-consistent RED BARON is testament to his skills. The Moss Vale colt has taken the step-up to Class 4 company in his stride and was always controlling matters when making all at Musselburgh last time despite unseating his rider when bolting to the start. A 7lb rise seems acceptable and he has struck up a good rapport with Neil Farley despite that pre-race aberration. Bilash wins in his turn but Imperial Legend looks a likelier sort whilst Sleepy Blue Ocean cannot be dismissed in his current mood. Elsewhere, Six Wives looks primed to score soon for the Dixon team and the Tom Queally booking catches the eye.
