        Verdict

        INDIANA BE (NAP) made a promising start at Thirsk behind a more-experienced winner who ran in the Coventry Stakes earlier this week. He wouldn’t need much more to go one better here with Machito starting to look a bit exposed and Coco Jack penalised for winning a lesser contest at Hamilton. Dornoch Castle is by Gleneagles and out of a dam that has produced winners with all of her offspring to race so far so he is worth a market check.
