In depth

Verdict

A fascinating clash between the three-year-olds and a trio of in-form older sprinters. FOX HILL was just beaten over course and distance nine days ago after an easy win over 6f at Nottingham and Zac Wheatley’s claim is a plus. Atiyah beat Havagomecca a length-and-a-half at Thirsk but the latter is now 6lb better off. Vadamiah didn’t get the run of the race when on a hat-trick at Catterick last time but both of Kimngrace’s wins have come over 6f. Foxy Rascal is preferred to Sandbeck of the others.
