In depth

Verdict

Joaaci, The Sawyer and Scarvagh Diamond should all be involved at the finish and we will side with Joacci. The selection has won his last two starts over hurdles in facile fashion and although the form is difficult to evaluate, he has done nothing wrong and with his yard in cracking form he should be the one to beat. The Sawyer is a thorough stayer and he battled gamely to get the better of Mister Potter here last time. If the selection fails to fire then he could be the one to profit. Scarvagh Diamond loves testing ground and she is another progressive type. It is hard to know what she has achieved so far as she won so easily last time but her stable are in form and she has obvious claims. Chief Dan George is in good form and looks the best of the remainder, but Joacci has plenty of ticks in the right boxes and gets the vote.
