Water Of Leith was back to somewhere near his best at Wolverhampton on Monday when a well-backed close third. He's yet to win on turf, so it's interesting to see Rebecca Menzies send him back quickly into the heat of battle on grass. Macho Pride is in a consistent vein of form and ought to contend, whilst the losing run of Where's Mick has seen his turf mark tumble to 67. He hasn't been seen on the grass since October but is one to keep a very close eye on after an unlucky run latest. The choice is SENECA CHIEF (NAP), an excellent second at Sandown on his penultimate start and far too bad to be true at Yarmouth last month. Hopefully, he'll bounce back.
