    Verdict

    Silvertown, Yankeedoodledandy and Darn Good should be fighting out this handicap at the finish and the confident vote is given to Silvertown. The selection won well on the level last time at Carlisle and with this step-up in trip likely to play to his strengths he is difficult to oppose. He also goes well in small fields which further strengthens his claims. Yankeedoodledandy should be the one to profit if the selection fails to fire but he is probably better over hurdles and we ARE happy to take him on tonight. Darn Good is quickly turned-out after disappointing at Lingfield on Wednesday and he will certainly relish every yard of this trip. However, he looks to have a little to find if he is to get the better of our selection, and we will stick with Silvertown who should take plenty of beating.
