Poet's Magic and Jilly Cooper finished one-two around Chester last month and the filly is now 1lb better off for going down by under a length. She has been placed twice since and a win looks imminent but she may not offer too much value. Poet's Magic was pretty low-key on his subsequent start and does have to concede plenty of weight all round and a chance is taken with CET HORIZON. The Haggas filly started her season in the Listed Pretty Polly Stakes when beaten a long way and was last of seven on her only other start. She now drops down to under a mile for the first time in her career and is a speculative choice, based mainly upon her useful maiden win at Nottingham last season. The reliable Rani Of Jhansi shaped nicely on seasonal reappearance and completes the shortlist.
