Verdict

This has lost a bit of its shine with the defection of Goshen but it will be interesting to see how French raider Rockadenn fares as he’s won his last four at Cagnes-sur-mer. Sir Psycho left previous form behind when beating an odd-on favourite by a wide margin at Exeter, though it may not pay to take the form too literally. It was probably a sub-standard Grade 2 at Cheltenham in which GEROLAMO CARDANO finished third but he did finish ahead of two previous winners and was beaten less than three lengths. Wetherby runner-up Dehradun also remains unexposed but The Pink'n has had his limitations exposed.
