Verdict

Trading Point cost €100,000 and is a half-brother to several winners. His Ayr conqueror, Kitten's Johnstown, is held in high regard and John Quinn's charge will be fancied to go one better. But there was also plenty of promise in High Commander's first run at Windsor and Newmarket-trained newcomers Materialist and Desert Dream would be interesting if attracting market support. Several of Frankel's offspring have been introduced here and WEEKENDER is another. His dam has a middle-distance pedigree so starting out over a mile won’t be a problem and he can make a winning debut. Muqaatil is a half-brother to several winners and looks best of the rest.
