In depth

Verdict

Dandy's Beano won four times last year but starts off the new campaign on a high enough mark. Acclaim The Nation was in decent form on the all-weather over the winter and is equally at home on Turf while Southwell specialist Astro Jakk was second on his only previous start on this surface. SHE CAN BOOGIE is a speedy sort who will likely be blazing a trail in this. Conditions will be no problem for Tom Dascombe’s filly, who is back on a winning mark. Jonah Jones had decent form two years ago but showed little last season.
