Arctic Vega justified favouritism at Kempton in February and his yard couldn’t be in better form. But he has to carry a penalty on his Turf debut so further improvement will be required. AL QAASIM has already been gelded but every one of his dam’s eight previous foals to have made it to the racecourse have won races and the son of Free Eagle shouldn’t be long in joining that list. Lead Singer is by Kingman so is also worth a second look with Rogue Assassin and Amber Storm ones to watch for future reference. Made For All was a disappointing favourite at Yarmouth in October having run well here on debut.
