      Verdict

      TADQEEQ has been climbing the weights without winning but was only beaten a nose at Ripon last time having also gone close on soft ground at Musselburgh on his reappearance. He can gain a deserved success here ahead of Firmament, almost certain to hold his own in this grade this year having got off the mark on soft going in a Newbury maiden in October. Mystic Artist was also successful on easy surface last year but all of Gerry The Glover's form is on fast ground. Storm Rock is interesting, however, having travelled strongly for a long way on his reappearance at Doncaster. He's 2lb lower here and the drop in trip should help.
