Verdict

Sandown second Plenary is getting closer and should stay the extra. Forth Bridge split a couple of subsequent winners when runner-up at Salisbury so is of obvious interest after just the two starts. Daily News is a half-brother to useful middle-distance performers Danadana and Semeen so the trip won't be a problem and Roger Varian's debutants usually know what's required. QUEEN OF THE STARS is a beautifully-bred daughter of Sea The Stars out of a dam who won up to 1m2f. She was far too green to do herself justice at Newmarket but will have learnt a lot from that and could give the colts and geldings plenty to think about. London Prize has won a bumper but is having his first start today for Ian Williams.
