      Verdict

      William Buick was on board when Veil Of Shadows just failed to concede 10lb to the winner at Wolverhampton but chooses easy Kempton winner Sapphire Seas of Godolphin's two runners here. French import Mappatassie was beaten a long way in a better race than this at Newbury while Ermesinde hasn't progressed as expected from her debut victory. ROYAL MILA easily landed the odds at Windsor after a winning start at Goodwood and, though this is much tougher, she can improve again and complete a hat-trick. Zarga disappointed at Sandown and will need much more here.
