In depth

Verdict

A couple of these are clear at the weights. Listed winner Snazzy Jazzy faced higher rated rivals when fourth in Listed company here last time and drops back down in trip but another chance goes to SANDS OF MALI. This is his easiest opportunity since winning the Group 1 Champions Sprint at Ascot in 2018 and he’ll be sharper for last month’s reappearance in the Diamond Jubilee. Bielsa, Green Power and Archer's Dream are all penalised for last season’s Class 2 wins with the former preferred on today’s going while the progressive Brad The Brief scored over track and trip last time and Tom Dascombe has won this with a three-year-old in the past. Fighting Irish continues to struggle and gets a change of headgear.
