A typically-competitive renewal in which nothing can be ruled out. Nicholas T won the Northumberland Plate in June but was behind Rajinsky, Hochfeld and Island Brave over 2m at York. Indianapolis slips further down the weights and could go well at a price but stable companion Autumn War has been in better form. Rhythmic Intent was fourth in this last year and is a pound lower. He ran well over 1m4f at York last time but Global Storm was below par when down the field in the Ebor. NOBLE MASQUERADE has been transformed by blinkers and is worth another try over this trip on his favoured going with Hollie Doyle engaged for the recent Windsor winner.
