A big field is set to face the starter for this but it's difficult to put a line through many. Sean Bowen's claim will help the hat-trick seeking Southfield Vic while Make Me A Fortune won a competitive handicap at Sedgefield just over two weeks ago. Gold Futures beat Upswing by two lengths at Carlisle last time, with Spanish Fleet a close-up fourth, but there is little to choose between that trio on today's terms. Raktiman and Gamain are both recent winners while Hindon Road looked to be cantering all over his rivals at Newbury last time before blundering two out. He didn't find much off the bridle, however, and this is a better race. Top Cat Henry, Net Work Rouge and Special Wells are usually in the mix but the novice POWERSTOWN DREAMS may just be the pick of the weights. He was beaten by Raktiman at Market Rasen in February but was just touched off next time at Newcastle and a 6lb turnaround in the weights can see him turn the tables.
