    Verdict

LIGHTENING COMPANY beat a subsequent winner with the rest nowhere at Carlisle on his debut. That looks stronger form than Fabricated’s debut success at Wolverhampton and Ben Haslam’s charge should make another bold bid. Dinoo and Bakersboy have yet to match last year’s best form but Exceedingly improved to finish third at Salisbury last time. Regal Entwistle and Monhammer step up in trip while the newcomer King's Commander is bred to be best over middle-distances.
