A tough race to call here for punters as there is not much between many of the runners, but the principals look to be Sentry, Calatagan, Gran Dana, Acceleration, Gold Ring, and King Revo, and only a tentative vote goes to Sentry. The selection is one of the least exposed in the field and won well last time out when defeating Prins Willem. He has plenty of scope for improvement and with the booking of Kevin Darley catching the eye he will be hard to beat. Calatagan rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Tony Tie over ten furlongs. He should relish this longer trip but this looks much tougher. Gran Dana is another worthy of respect as he is another unexposed sort and won well last time when accounting for Golden Empire and he remains at the right end of the weights. King Revo looked an improved horse over hurdles and if he shows improvement back in this sphere he has definite place claims. Of the remainder, Acceleration is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market, but for the winner we return to Sentry.
