      Verdict

      Explicit faces an easier task than at Chester last time but MONTELUSA is preferred. Tim Easterby’s colt showed further progress when runner-up at Ayr a week ago and will handle any cut in the ground. Rock Opera made a promising debut when fourth at Beverley and makes most appeal of the remainder, though Kodade represents last year’s winning yard.
