SMART VIOLETTA and Bright Applause, first and second over a similar trip at Carlisle 12 days ago, are closely matched on today's revised terms but Ann Duffield's filly is by far the more consistent of the pair and, with Dale Swift claiming 3lb, can come on top again and follow up here. Master Of Dance won a Newcastle claimer by nine lengths on soft ground last time but has gone up in the weights as a result, while Caledonia Prince only just scraped home in a modest handicap on the Fibresand last month. Nolecce still looks a little high in the weights but has shown a bit more in his last two runs and he looks the pick of the remainder.
