Verdict
LITTLE SCOTLAND is one of two in for Richard Fahey and with Paul Hanagan electing to ride him, we are confident that he can defy the 6lb penalty accrued for victory at Newcastle. Nevertheless, Coolminx is not without claims having gone close on a couple of occasions and off the same mark as he raced off at Newcastle. She raced at Ayr on Friday. Ming Meng won readily at Hamilton so the course and distance scorer will be on many shortlists. La Zamora is respected from a yard doing well with its sprinters; Waveband is a credit to his stable whilst Lewyn, who showed promise on the all-weather, has not looked the same on the turf. Vitoria won this race last year though has to repeat the dose off a 7lb higher mark.
