        Macho Pride has a poor strike rate though finished in front of Sam's Call when runner-up at Newcastle while The Gay Blade finished ahead of Bonito Cavalo when scoring over track and trip last autumn and is preferred to stablemate and classified winner Jkr Cobbler. Banner Road drops down in distance having placed over a mile at Musselburgh but BASHOLO finished third over today’s trip at Ayr recently having slid down the weights and Stella Barclay’s filly may prove the one to side with.
