Minority Report might not have beaten a great deal when landing his maiden at Newcastle last time but Luca Cumani's gelding won with plenty in hand that day and has escaped a rise in the weights for his return into handicap-company so he gets the vote ahead of Adoration and Evolution Ex. The last mentioned is coming back to a fair mark and now takes a drop back in distance to a mile that may suit but he is difficult to back on current form. Redwood Rocks has won his last two but this looks tougher and of more interest may be Gerard Butler's Prime Number, who has been given a chance by the handicapper but is inconsistent. Kaymich Perfecto has to win off a career high mark and a bigger threat is likely to come from Mark Johnston's Adoration who may be open to further improvement. Minority Report has not had a great deal of racing though and it is surely significant that Luca Cumani has kept him in training as a five-year-old so he gets the vote.
