Tetbury was beaten less than 2l when fifth at Doncaster last time over 1m4f when held up and it will be interesting to see if the O'Meara team revert to the front-running tactics which delivered success the time before at Ripon under an excellent Graham Gibbons ride. Hawdyerwheesht has found good form of late, confirmed by a runaway 6l success at Ayr. He''ll find things much tougher here but cannot be ruled out in his current mood despite a higher mark, whilst Chant is another to have steadily discovered the winning habit. The Duffield gelding is tempting off the bottom rung but this is his first move into Class 4 company and INTERIOR MINISTER gets the vote. His latest last of five at Chester was totally out of keeping with an otherwise progressive profile and he wouldn't be the first and won't be the last to have not taken to the Chester experience. He's well worth another chance off a fair mark.
