My Line is still relatively lightly raced and may have further improvement to come so may be able to defy a 5lb rise for a clear cut succes at Newcastle last time. Jack Dawson was a warm order to confirm Newmarket promise when lining up for a 2m handicap at Thirsk last weekend but, having looked the likely winner in the straight, failed to find much of the bridle and may do better over this shorter trip but would not appreciate any further rain. Clarinch Claymore is back on a winning mark and shaped promisingly last time while Cyber Santa has a chance of reversing newcastle form with My Line at the revised weights.
