        Verdict

        Bijou Dan disappointed on the all-weather last time and may do better back on turf today but the top weight may struggle to give weight away to Magic Sting, who gets the vote ahead of Burnley Al. The last mentioned has shown improved form in claimers of late but has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper as a result and he may now be a shade high in the weights. Bessemer is hard to recommend on recent evidence and of more interest may be Hill of Almhuim, who has solid claims provided that there is no further rain. Magic Sting is a consistent performer though, remains reasonably well treated and he gets the vote.
