In depth

Verdict

Inspired Thought has now won three of her four starts after going in again at Redcar and having scored at Southwell earlier, today’s slow ground should not be a problem though she has been raised 6lb. Sandret won both outings in novice company but could only manage third over track and trip on his handicap debut and LADY CALCARIA is preferred. The latter showed she is still improving when successful in a Class 3 sprint at Carlisle last time and Tim Easterby’s filly can defy a rise in the weights in this lower grade. Gale Force Maya will appreciate this return to 6f but Jordan Electrics seems best over the minimum trip while the less exposed Princess Palliser makes more appeal than both Constant and Zebzardee on only her second start handicapping.
