Betsey Trotter confirmed that the handicapper has yet to really have her measure when narrowly failing to concede 21lb to Gullane One in her four-timer attempt. She clearly remains in good heart but the concern is that she is not proven on heavy ground. Similar comments apply to Newmarket raider Lady Of Aran, though she was a good second on the all-weather latest and is likely to handle a 2lb rise. LADY CALCARIA might just prove too good as she already has a heavy-ground success in the book earlier this campaign at Carlisle. She's not badly handicapped and gets the nod. Fumbo Jumbo makes most appeal of the others.
