Verdict

Hard Solution came good here just five days ago over this trip but that success came in selling grade and this move back into open handicap company could prove a stretch. ACONCAGUA MOUNTAIN has finished close up on two of his three starts this season and makes considerable appeal having been dropped a couple of pounds by the assessor and with the promising William Pyle taking a further 7lb off his back. He gives the impression of being ready to strike and hopefully the stall 11 draw will not prove too much of a problem. Stormy Pearl is an obvious threat on the back of a really good effort at Carlisle when runner-up to Gentle Ellen over a furlong further, whilst course and distance winner Red Allure needs checking carefully in the market on this first run for Adrian Nicholls with conditions to suit.
