        Verdict

        Just ten runners for this handicap but it is a wide open contest and a narrow vote is given to Michaels Pride, Dispol Veleta and Ulysee are also expected to run well. The selection put in some fine performances last season including a win of a mark of 67. She looked in need of her seasonal reappearance at Nottingham and with the stable in better form she looks certain to improve. Ulysees may now be in the handicappers grip but should still play a part in the finish. Meanwhile Dispol Veleta put in a good effort over course and distance recently and has already managed a victory this campaign. Burnley Al cannot be easily ruled out and is another to consider for each-way purposes, but Michaels Pride looks the pick of the weights this afternoon and gets the verdict.
