        Verdict

        In his first run since being gelded, NOTHIN BUT NET took a big step forward three weeks ago when finding only one too good. He finished almost three lengths ahead of Maquiavelo and Swingin On a Star was even further behind – Joseph Orsino’s four-year-old will be a short price to go one better today. Happy Danza is almost guaranteed to run his race again but hasn’t been as fortunate with the draw. Super Intense was very green here in March and better is expected with Mammoth another likely improver after making his debut last month. Mr Impressive has placed a couple of times and looks the pick of the remainder.
