FIN VIN DE LEU caught the eye on debut and can get off the mark here at the main expense of Rawaaj, Loulou and newcomer Nawaadi. Mark Johnston's son of Dr Fong was very green on his first start at Wolverhampton, in the end staying on for third spot. The first home, Stevie Junior is a fairly decent yardstick and with plenty of improvement to come and a handy draw, a big run looks on the cards. Rawaaj has his third run today and his run behind Sans Frontieres last time reads well; the step up in trip looks sure to suit this son of Linamix. Winterbrook King and Loulou both shaped with some promise on debut but each probably needs to improve. Newcomer Nawaadi was an expensive purchase and if the market speaks in his favour then it may be wise to take note, although his wide draw is not ideal despite the mile trip. An open affair, however Fin Vin De Leu can get off the mark.
