Some very disappointing sorts and HOLD THE GOLD is our selection with Sabre Light and When To Dream put forward as alternatives. Eoghan O'Neill has done well when trying disappointing sorts at claiming grades and Hold The Gold is typical of the type. A useful juvenile, he has never been on terms on two starts this campaign. Sabre Light represents the resurgent Alan Bailey. A winner of a Yarmouth claimer, he is yet to oblige on an artificial surface. Whentodream was a modest handicapper in Italy and makes a British debut this evening. The market should tell all. Titfer's better form is over a mile. Pharoahs Queen is still a maiden and will be in here off a very light racing weight. Tank Commander is exposed as plating class and makes little appeal even with Ryan Moore in the plate. Hold The Gold is the minimum stakes play in a race where all possess negatives in one way or another.
