Verdict

PENSION POLICY can provide us with a return on our money here whilst we also expect to see Addwaitya and Wikaala figure prominently. The jury is still out on Mille Feuille despite an apparently impressive success in a Kempton maiden as she had been frustrating prior to that and we're content to be against her in this more competitive contest. Wikaala also has a little to prove as he hasn't really build on his Beverley maiden win and has proved recalcitrant at the start but this represents a drop in class for him and he should be suited by the return to racing on this surface. Addwaitya should also benefit from being dropped in class as he has struggled to hold his own in stronger races. His latest third behind Ebn Malk on ground that may not have been ideal was a commendable run though and he could have a say in the outcome here. It's a slight concern that the selection may be sent off at a false price as she was a major eyecatcher when finishing fast and late in a modest Lingfield maiden. She appears to be improving with experience and starts life off on a fair mark; she does need to post a career best by some margin to win this handicap but Pension Policy may prove up to the task.
