GAELIC GROUNDS won twice over this trip in the autumn before failing on his hat-trick attempt over 2m2f here. A bad mistake at the second last did him no favours that day and he can bounce back to winning ways. Waltzing Tornado was having only his second start over fences when beating Gold Cygnet over the minimum trip at Thurles. That was run at a furious pace and the winner will be well suited by the extra here. Colls Corner has struggled since landing a novice handicap at Clonmel a year ago though he's back on a fair mark and showed signs of a revival at Limerick last time. Useful hurdler Judge Roy Bean has shown nothing to date over fences but is now handicapped and runs here from a 15lb lower mark than over the smaller obstacles. Tiernan's Terror was handed a 12lb rise after a facile success at Down Royal and he couldn't cope with the extra on his subsequent start at Punchestown.
