Glam Gerry landed a real touch when slamming his rivals at Leopardstown but the assessor has had his revenge with an astonishing 20lb rise in the weights. Several of these ran in the Paddy Power at Leopardstown with Bob Lingo doing the best of them in ninth. However, On His Own, who started favourite, was brought down at the second last though going nowhere at the time. The latter's stable companion SHAKERVILZ hasn't done as well as expected over fences after landing a Grade 2 a couple of years ago but he looks capable of better and, as a recent run behind Voler La Vedette over timber will have sharpened him up, he gets the vote under Ruby Walsh. The veteran Jack The Bus doesn't have many miles on the clock for his age and looked in top shape when scoring at Navan last week. A 7lb penalty shouldn't be a problem and he can go well along with Start Me Up, who found 2m4f too short at Limerick after scoring over this trip at Navan.
