Verdict

TAVERN TIMES has plenty of scope to develop and though unraced since third in a Listed contest at Naas in January he made a winning racecourse debut and fitness shouldn't be an issue. He just gets the nod over the consistent but so far luckless Worldly Wise, six times a winner on the Flat but still a maiden after 10 starts over hurdles. Coral Creek's second to Mayo Mystique at Wexford was followed by a poor effort at Punchestown and she needs to get back on track while winning bumper Rudi Tuesday hasn't been seen for two years.
