He holds Natural Ruler on that form but Surfers Paradise attempted to make all over 1m1f at Tipperary and, though caught close home by Los Angeles, the winner looks very smart. Slurricane ran in two tough Curragh maidens in mid-summer while Ger Lyons' two-year-olds are running into form so Meteor Storm is one to note.
