      Verdict

      Broad Street gained plenty of admirers when landing a Navan maiden though that was on fast going in May last year. He obviously goes well fresh but this is very much tougher and WARGRAVE is the definite form pick. Jonjo Stack's charge beat the prolific Basic Law on his return to action and his later defeats have come at Listed and Group 2 level. The veteran Brendan Bracken, the winner of ten of his 49 races, is probably still up to this level though may need another run after being beaten a long way in a Cork handicap while Fancy Feat will need to step-up from her victory and narrow defeat on this track to see off the principals. Terzetto has gone backwards since beating Surrounding in a Curragh handicap last summer.

      Wargrave (IRE) 18-1 (9-2) 6th of 11, 3 1/4l behind Fox Champion (9-2) at Cologne 1m Grp 2 (1) gd in May.

      Fancy Feat (IRE) 9-4 (9-1) Led, pushed along early straight and ridden under 2f out, soon strongly pressed and headed 1f out, kept on and every chance inside final furlong, no impression on winner close home, 2nd of 4, nk behind Altair (9-1) at Gowran Park 1m 1f fll gf in May.
